Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unopened.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used herbal products.

Products with damaged or missing original packaging.

Products returned without proof of purchase.

Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), MuvaHerbals will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges, where applicable.
